1. Cancellations:<\/strong><\/p>


\u2013 More than 45 days before the date of entry: No penalty.<\/p>

\u2013 Between 45 and 30 days before the date of entry: Penalty of 25% of the total<\/p>

booking.<\/p>

\u2013 Between 29 and 15 days before the date of entry: Penalty of 50% of the total<\/p>

booking.<\/p>

\u2013 Less than 15 days before the date of entry: Penalty of 100% of the total reservation, NON-REFUNDABLE amount<\/p>


2. Modifications:<\/strong><\/p>

\u2013 Change of date and\/or room category, a change of date will be accepted, up to 45 days before the date of entry (Check In). Subject to hotel occupancy and available rate.<\/p>

\u2013 Reduction of nights between 45 and 30 days before the arrival date (Check In) has a penalty of 25% of the number of reduced nights.<\/p>

\u2013 Reduction of nights between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date (Check In) has a penalty of 50% of the number of reduced nights.<\/p>

\u2013 Reduction of nights 15 days before the arrival date, they have a penalty charge of 100% of the total of the reduced nights and changes of room categories will be subject to hotel occupancy.<\/p>


3.No Show:<\/strong><\/p>

\u2013 In case the passenger does not show up on the confirmed date, 100% of all reserved nights will be charged.<\/p>


4. Early Departure:<\/strong><\/p>

\u2013 100% of all reserved nights will be charged.<\/p>

\u2013 Reservations requested and confirmed within 48 hours of the arrival date,<\/p>

will be subject to our policies applying 100% of the total nights<\/p>

reserved in case of cancellation or no show.<\/p>

\u2013 -All confirmation, modification or cancellation (annulment) of reservations must have<\/p>

with the written consent of our reservations department (PLACE<\/p>

EMAIL), otherwise it will not be valid.<\/p>

\u2013 In case of extending the stay, please coordinate with the Reservations Department or Reception.<\/p>


ACCOMMODATION POLICIES<\/strong><\/p>

\u2013 In order to guarantee the reservation via the website, it is necessary for the guest to provide a credit card number, the name of the cardholder and the expiration date.<\/p>

\u2013 The rates we offer via the web are: per double room, per night and may or may not include buffet breakfast (depending on the rate). This rate includes one activity per day, per guest. Consult with the administration the distribution of daily activities.<\/p>

\u2013 The accommodation rates are per double room, per night: it includes the three meals and activities exposed on the web.<\/p>

\u2013 You can pay by credit card or in cash directly at the Lodge.<\/p>

\u2013 Check-in time: 12 pm<\/p>

\u2013 Check-out time: 11 a.m.<\/p>

\u2013 It is possible to book for the same day, but this will be subject to availability. In case you want to extend your stay, this will depend on the occupancy of the hotel.<\/p>

\u2013 The Lodge does not guarantee that the rooms will be available before the mentioned arrival time, likewise guests must leave the room at the appointed time on the day of their departure, except prior coordination with the Hotel reception.<\/p>

\u2013 All hotel rooms are NON-SMOKING, the guest will pay a penalty of US$ 100.00 as appropriate, for smoking in the room during their stay. Smoking is only allowed in select areas. Consult the administration.<\/p>

\u2013 All Early Check In and Late Check Out are subject to availability.<\/p>

\u2013 If you do not leave the room at check out time, 50% of the daily rate will be charged.<\/p>


IMPORTANT<\/strong><\/p>

\u2013 The use of portable speakers is allowed in your room, at a moderate volume, as long as it does not affect the tranquility and rest of other guests. It is not allowed in the pool area and other common areas.<\/p>

– No pets allowed.<\/p>

\u2013 For security in the hotel, bonfires are allowed in the authorized area and only by the staff<\/p>

CHILDREN POLICY<\/strong><\/p>

\u2013 Babies up to 2 years old who share a bed with adults do not pay accommodation (does not include breakfast service), if they require a cot. the charge of US$ 25.00 per night will be added (includes taxes and services). Subject to room capacity.<\/p>

\u2013 Children from 06 years onwards, the charge of US$ 65 per night will be added (Includes additional bed and food).<\/p>


BEVERAGE AND UNCORCH POLICY:<\/strong><\/p>

1.- Drinks and\/or liquors brought to the hotel must be registered at our reception and a corkage fee will be charged at Check In:<\/p>
